By using GameVault, you agree to these terms. GameVault is operated by Kountr Limited ("Kountr", "we", "our", or "us").
Use of the App
- You must be 13 or older to use this app.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree not to misuse the app (e.g., cheating, hacking, or disrupting other users).
User Content
Scores, player names, notes and other game information you create remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process this information only as needed to provide GameVault and its sync and multiplayer features.
Advertising
The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob. An optional in-app purchase may remove advertising. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss or interruptions in service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available at this page.

Privacy Policy

GameVault is operated by Kountr Limited ("Kountr", "we", "our", or "us"). This policy explains what information GameVault processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
What We Collect
- Account and profile data: Your email address, account identifier, chosen display name and avatar settings when you create or link an account. Guest profiles may be created without an email address.
- Game data: Saved players, favourites, scores, rounds, game history, tournaments, notes, achievements and multiplayer room activity that you choose to create.
- Purchase data: Product and transaction identifiers and entitlement status needed to verify an optional ad-removal purchase. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.
- Advertising and consent data: The free version uses Google AdMob. Subject to your consent choices and applicable law, Google may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic information. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Technical data: App version, device and operating-system information, security events and diagnostic information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide accounts, saved history, cross-device sync, multiplayer and tournaments
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and provide support
- To verify purchases and apply ad-free entitlements
- To display advertising where permitted by your consent choices and applicable law
Storage and Service Providers
Guest information may be stored locally on your device. Cloud accounts and synced game data are hosted using Supabase. We also use Google services for advertising, sign-in and Android purchases, and Apple services where applicable on iOS. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Account-owned profile and game history are kept while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Expired multiplayer rooms and associated transient records are routinely removed after a short support period. Security and deletion audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations; retained deletion audits do not contain your email address or provider credentials.
Your Choices and Rights
You can manage advertising consent from the app's Privacy & data settings, export a copy of supported account data, or permanently delete your account and synced data. See our account deletion instructions. You may also contact us to request access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion where applicable under data-protection law.
Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
