Delete your GameVault account
GameVault is operated by Kountr Limited
Delete inside the app
- Open GameVault and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile and find Privacy & data.
- Select Delete account everywhere.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete account.
This permanently deletes the account and account-owned synced data, including your profile, saved players, game history, scores, tournaments, favourites and entitlements. Local GameVault data on the device is also cleared.
If you cannot access the app
Email us from the address registered to your GameVault account. Include the words “GameVault account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What may be retained
We may retain limited, non-content security or deletion audit records where reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Retained deletion audits do not contain your email address, game content or sign-in provider credentials.
